It is assumed that 530,000 people (out of an estimated 2.7 million inhabitants) left Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2013.
People leave for the economic reasons but they also leave because they do not see prospects for their children. They want their children to be educated in the European Union, because degrees from Bosnia and Herzegovina are becoming increasingly questionable and are generally not recognized in the countries of the European Union.
